This week is supposed to be a rest week for exercise, and a lower calorie week with 50% protein intake, 30% fat, and 20% carbs.
I'm grumpy without carbs people. Thank god I'm not exercising because it'd be vicious. I had a mild "re-feed" this weekend when we went to Boston and I consumed a lobster the size of my head. With drawn butter and everything. Delicious!!!
Weighing in tomorrow, but I'm not sure what to expect. Going on vacation tomorrow too for 5 days in Maine, and you know vacations are! Wish me luck :)
