Well, for all those who have linked to and read my blog for its fitness information (and other random tidbits), I'm sorry I have been so distant.  Not for nothing, though...

Walter and I are expecting our first child in May of 2008!  I just had an ultrasound today and here she/he is:

I am super excited, obviously, and have been putting everything but this baby on a back burner since I found out.  I started a new blog just about the baby at:
