Backtracking to yesterday:
Water: 16 cups
Food:
- eggs with mushrooms
- bar
- salad with CC and feta
- chicken, asparagus, a couple of strawberries
- cheddar cheese, apple ( I was starving)
Exercise: none, because I missed my meal 4,. leaving me without food from noon until 6:30, at which time I wolfed down a piece of chicken, asparagus, and those few strawberries like it was my first meal in months. I then ran off to get a pedi at a day spa near me. Love it! I'm walkin' on the wild side!

Today
Water: 16 cups
Food:
- oatmeal
- protein pancakes
- roast beef sandwich on WW, apple, small piece dark chocolate
- bar
- 2 oatmeal cookies
- chicken, apple with PB, broccoli
Exercise: 25 min a.m. HIIT, 20 min p.m. elliptical, LBWO
Thoughts: Damn, I've been hungry today. Even with the extra carbs, my belly is growling! I did a great job today... even with the cookies :) A+!
