Topic: Daily Musings
Okay, so I'm sitting here eating a very carb-filled apple. If you tried to take it away, you might find yourself missing a finger or two. Today did go reasonably well... I think I may try for one more day and then cycle back to regular food for a day.
Water: 15 cups
Food:
- eggbeaters with onion, asparagus, cheese
- shake
- the equivalent of one oatmeal cookie's worth of crumbs picked at slowly over the course of 3 hours (eh hem)
- salad with cottage cheese, small bit of feta
- shake
- shrimp, broccoli, asparagus, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese
- apple with 1 tsp PB
Exercise: exemplary! 20 min HIIT on treadmill and 20 extra minutes on the Wave
Thoughts:
I feel like I'm getting my "mojo" back!
