Topic: Daily Musings
Well, today didn't go as planned, but that's life. I modified.
Water: 13 cups
Food:
- Myoplex lite shake
- 1/2 bagel with cream cheese (the beginning of the descent)
- Bar
- sausage, broccoli, apple- and a wee bit of a quiche mr friend brought in for me - delicious!
- 1 PB/Special K/chocolate frosted treat
- pancakes
- 3 cups popcorn
- crackers and cheddar cheese (~1 oz.)
- a few chocolate chips
- 1 chicken breast from Popeye's and a biscuit
Okay, god knows how many calories that is- and I'm not going to try and figure it out!
Exercise: zilch, except chewing
Thoughts: Okay, here is where I tell you how I will modify to make up for this "mess" of a day.
- Clean eating all day Saturday and Sunday (Mother's Day meal I am cooking and it will be moderately healthy- shish kabobs on the grill)
- Exercise at the gym both Saturday and Sunday morning
- Take time to play outside tomorrow with my boys after we go see Spiderman 3.
